QUESTIONS

No, we’ll provide a fully stocked bar, all of the alcohol, glassware, ice, straws and all other ingredients.
All you need to do is show up!

No! Our portable bar is fully equipped with a self-contained sink that doesn’t require external power, allowing us to do all our work at our station.
We’re good to go, anywhere you need us!

This will depend on your drinks selection.
Frozen drinks require us to use our blender, for which we will need access to an outlet.
However, if you have not opted for these drinks, then we do not need power.

As far as you like!
We come to you for the first 20 miles from Belfast, completely free!
Thereafter, we charge a small fee to cover our transport costs.

If you ask us to stay, we are more than happy to make more drinks and stay until the bar runs dry!

This can be done for The Taster, The Pocket Rocket and The Nought To A Hundred packages.
For a surcharge you can add an additional cocktail to your menu to bring your selection from 4 to a max of 5.

I’m Josh, the head bartender at Half-Cut Cocktails. I’ve worked in hospitality in Belfast for many years, gaining experience in bars, restaurants, and hotels. Over time, I developed a strong passion for mixology and a keen eye for the detail that it takes to make a good drink and have since become WSET accredited. I love inventing cocktails, perfecting the classics, and adding a unique flare to my drinks that makes them stand out from others.
I had always wanted to take a creative direction of my own—something that combined my love for mixology with great service and a bit of personality. That’s how Half-Cut was born. What started as a simple idea quickly grew into a full-scale adventure dedicated to bringing cocktails to all kinds of parties, without all the hassle. Myself and our bartenders are super excited to get started!
